NICKERSON, Marlene Ruby – 50, Carleton, Yarmouth Co., passed away peacefully at Yarmouth Regional Hospital, on Wednesday, June 20, 2012 with her husband at her side. Born September 5, 1961 in Yarmouth, she was a daughter of William Kinney and the late Mildred Brittain-Kinney. Aside from her father, she leaves behind her husband, Kelvin, and their son, Kenneth, as well as her siblings, Robert, Marie, Mackey, Rose, Bertha, John, Billy, Natasha, Johnny and Jody. In accordance with Marlene’s wishes, cremation will take place and there will be a gathering to celebrate her life, rather than to mourn her death (time, date and place will be announced at a later time).
