YEOMANS, EDNA MAE (AUSTIN) - Edna Mae (Austin) Yeomans of Upper Salmon Creek, NB, was called home on Friday, June 22, 2012 at the Chalmers Regional Hospital in Fredericton, NB
Born in Minto, she was the daughter of the late Emery and Celia (Dykeman) Austin. Edna is survived by sons Dana (Su-Anne) and Rickey (Donna); daughters Debbie Thibodeau (Allan) and Judy Elliott (David) all of Upper Salmon Creek; sister Eileen McRae of Saskatoon, SK; nine grandchildren, David (Gillian), Jason (Amanda), Bryce (Tiffany), Jamie (Kare), Alana (Diego), April (Travis), Corey (Courtney), Brittany and Riley; four great grandchildren, Damian, Jazmine, Jayden and Austin Rebekah; brother-in-law Harold Yeomans of Langley, BC; sisters-in-law Dorothy Scott of Fredericton and Barbara Zwicker of Oshawa ON; several cousins, nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, Edna was predeceased by her husband Ralph; brothers Wesley, Chester and Emery; sisters Gretta, Bernice, Joyce and twins Mary and Sadie. Edna was a longtime member of the Pentecostal Gospel Lighthouse Church. She loved her family and was happiest spending time with her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Resting at Hogg Funeral Services (Minto Community Chapel, 10 King Street, Minto, NB) with visiting on Sunday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9PM. A Funeral Service will take place 2:00PM, Monday, June 25th, 2012 from the Christian Community Church in Minto, NB. Interment will follow in the Full Gospel Cemetery.
