MURRAY, PHYLLIS VIRGINIA – Phyllis Virginia Murray passed away on Friday, June 22, 2012 at the Saint John Regional Hospital. Wife of the late F. Gordon Murray and daughter of the late Samuel and Jane (Marshall) Silliphant. Phyllis is survived by her children, Michael – John (Joan) Murray and Margot – Jane (Terry) King; daughter-in-law, Jean Murray; eight grandchildren, Scott, Sheri, Jennifer, Michelle, Sam, Arron, Jacob and Joshua; eleven grandchildren, Hayley, Ashley, Julia, Madeline, Emma, Kelty, Abigail, Seth, Abigail, Sawyer and Piper. She was predeceased by her son, Peter Gordon Murray and granddaughter, Nichala Jane King.
A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, June 26, 2012 at 11:00 am from St. George’s Anglican Church. Arrangements are under the care of Brenan's Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John (634-7424). In lieu of flowers remembrances may be made to St. George’s Anglican Church, Bobby’s Hospice or the St. Martins Library or Museum Fund.
