Passed peacefully away at the Agnes Pratt Nursing home on June 24, 2012, Margaret Burry Knight (nee Bartlett), aged 83 years. Predeceased by husband Wilberforce Burry; second husband Ronald Knight; son Claude; brothers: Harry and Pearce Bartlett; and sister Florence Carter. Leaving to mourn, son Edmund (Elizabeth); daughter Corinne King (Jim); daughter-in-law Linda Burry Robinson; brother Fred Bartlett; and sister Catherine Rowe. Margaret was the proud grandmother of eight grandchildren: Jason, Jennifer, Nicholas, Zachary, Laura, Matthew, David, and Alexandra; and five great-grandchildren: Noah, Sophia, Floyd, Elyott, and Benjamin. Visitation will take place at Barrett’s Funeral Home, 328 Hamilton Avenue on Monday, June 25, from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral service to take place from Barrett’s Funeral Chapel on Tuesday, June 26, 2012 at 10:00 a.m., with interment to follow at Mount Pleasant Cemetery.
