Passed peacefully away at the Blue Crest Nursing Home on Thursday June 21, 2012, Percy Roy Savoury, of Grand Bank, age 92yrs. Predeceased by parents Alfred & Ruth Savoury, wife Margaret, daughter Sadie, son Arthur and daughter-in-law Kathleen. Leaving to mourn daughters: Mary(Eugene),Georgie, Shirley(Morgan), Marilyn(Howard, Colleen(Junior), Ruth (Bill),sons, Clyde(Hazel),Wallace,Fred(Marjorie), Henry(Marlene), Kevin(Ann), Bruce(Ada), and Wayne. Daughter-in-law Jessie and son-in-law Bruce. Plus a large circle of grandchildren and great grandchildren and other relatives and friends. Funeral Service was conducted by Rev. Rick Marsh from Grand Bank United Church at 2pm on Sunday, June 24th. Interment followed at Grand Bank United Church Cemetery. Organist was Betty Rogers. Pall Bearers were: Kevin Savoury, Henry Savoury, Wayne Savoury, Trevor Savoury, Brandon Savoury, Terry Savoury, Bruce Savoury & Wade Savoury. Funeral Arrangements were entrusted to the care of Warren's Funeral Home, Grand Bank.
