Passed peacefully away in his home surrounded by his family on June 26, 2012, Melvin Reginald Robinson, at the age of 81 years. Predeceased by his wife Mary (Goosney); parents Thomas and Pricilla Robinson. Leaving to mourn brothers: Maxwell, Grand Falls, Harris (Louise), Lower Sackville, NS, and Ellis (Ann), Baie Verte, NL; special caretakers: Dorothy and Winston Stockley; 15 nieces and nephews; and a large circle of family and friends. Special thanks to Dr. Tom Brien and Rev. John Dinn for the care and comfort given to Melvin and family. Resting at Barrett’s Funeral Home, 73 Commonwealth Avenue, Mount Pearl from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. on Wednesday, June 27th. Funeral Service to take place at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 28, 2012 from The Anglican Parish of St. John the Evangelist, Topsail. Interment to follow in St. John the Evangelist Anglican Cemetery.
