DAVIS, CLIFFORD “KIP” - Clifford "Kip" Davis of Dieppe passed away at the Moncton Hospital on Wednesday, June 27, 2012 at the age of 88. Born on October 24, 1923 in Omemee, On, he was the son of the late Albert Davis and the late Lilian Lowes. He worked at General Motors in machinery maintenance for 32 years until his retirement. He was a member of the Moncton Legion Branch # 6 and Golden Age Club of Dieppe. He loved bowling and was a veteran of the Second World War in the Navy (Seaman). He is survived by his wife, Agathe (Melanson) Davis; two daughters, Darlene and Adele; one son, Clifford and by several grandchildren, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by one sister Lucille and by three brothers Norman, Bert and Howard.
Visitation will be held at Dupuis Funeral Home, 15 rte La Vallee on Friday, June 29 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm and there will be no visitation before the funeral mass that will be held at Notre Dame de Lourdes church, Memramcook East on Saturday June 30 at 11:00 am.
