(September 13, 1926 - June 27, 2012) of Mt. Pearl. Surrounded by her family she passed peacefully away at Masonic Park. Joining in eternal rest her son Baxter Sheaves (2006) and grandson Jean-Paul Gignac (2005). Left with beautiful and loving memories her husband of 56 years Jim; son Bob Gignac (Shirley), Lewisporte, NL; daughters: Gogi Greeley (Dennis), Iqaluit, NU and Georgina Lockyer (Wilfred), Fort McMurray, AB; five grandchildren: Chantal (Len Rich), Steven, Sara, Danielle (Jeff Young) and Tara and four great grandchildren: Gregory, Aimee, Isabelle and Cassidy; brother Baxter Beck (Anne) and sister Bonnie Byrne (Bob); as well as a large circle of relatives and friends. Those who loved and learned from our angel will forever remember and miss her. Resting at Barrett’s Funeral Home, 73 Commonwealth Avenue, Mount Pearl. Visitation Thursday June 28th 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. and Friday June 29th 10- 12 a.m. Funeral to take place in Barrett’s Chapel Friday, June 29, 2012 at 2 p.m. Interment to take place at a later date.
