At the Queen Elizabeth Hospital on Sunday, July 1, 2012, of Ludwig “Luke” Stern of Stratford, age 66 years.
Beloved husband of Muriel (nee Lawrence). Dear father of Krista Torraville (Gary) and Jodi Kristel (Anthony). Loving Opa to Nathan, Hannah, Olivia, and Samantha. Brother of Henry (Evelyn) and Hanni Eason (John). Lovingly remembered by his special nephew Stephen Stern (Christine) and his special niece Lesley Anthony (William). Son-in-law of Berkley Lawrence (Elfreda, deceased).
Luke is fondly remembered by his loving family members and many dear friends in Newfoundland and throughout Canada, U.S.A. and Germany.

Predeceased by his parents Heinrich and Elisabeth (Bender) Stern.
Resting at Belvedere Funeral Home from where the funeral service will be held in the funeral home chapel Thursday at 11 a.m. Visiting hours on Wednesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.
Memorial donations may be made to the P.E.I. Cancer Treatment Centre of the Queen Elizabeth Hospital.
