Gordon John Sutherland
The death occurred at the QEH of Gordon John Sutherland on July 2, 2012, his 57th wedding anniversary.
Beloved husband of Grace Rose (McAllister) Sutherland. Dear father of Dale (Sutherland) Sanders, father-in-law to Dave Sanders, grandfather to Lee (Joy) and Timothy (Mary-Helen) and great-grandfather to Kency (whom he finally got to meet before he went on his journey to be with Christ). Brother to Ken Sutherland, Toronto.
He was predeceased by parents Kenneth Dunbar and Pearl (Hack) Sutherland; his brother, Doug, and very close brother, Robert. Also, predeceased by three other siblings.
Resting at Southern Kings & Queens Funeral Home, Murray River, for visitation on Thursday, July 5, 2012 from 7-9 p.m. only. Funeral service from the funeral home chapel on Friday, July 6, at 2 p.m. Interment in the Little Sands Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations gratefully accepted for Brudenell Animal Hospital.
