GELDART, DALE - With great sadness we the family of Dale Geldart (69) of Sutherlands Lake, N.S. announce his passing on July 3, 2012 in Halifax. Dale was a one of a kind person. Always making people laugh, with his smart mouth. He worked as a heating installer in Halifax. Dale had a love for Nascar (Earnheart Fan) and also a love for wildlife. He always enjoyed a good game of poker. Dale was always lending a helping hand, and his door was open to family and friends. Anyone knowing him was touched by his kindness. Dale is survived by his mother, Eve Geldart; his loving wife Barbara (Jollymore); his daughter Cathy (Tim) Chapman, son Shane Geldart and step daughters Kathy Gantz (Johnathan), Sharlene Sing (David); grandchildren Mathew McEachern (Gillian), Christina McEachern (Jake), Jacob Gantz; brother Darrell Geldart (Darlene); sisters Rose Boudreau, Kathryn Lawrence (Irvin); several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his father Evertt, brother Gary, sister Connie. Dale was deeply loved by his family, especially his grandchildren. He will be missed by everyone who knew him.
