PIKE, THERESA CECELIA - Theresa Cecelia Pike (Ramsay) passed away peacefully with family members present at the Loch Lomond Villa on July 6, 2012. She was born in Chatham, NB on September 19 of 1926 to the late Angus and Muriel (Guignard) Ramsay. Theresa sang in the Stella Maris Choir for 35 years, she was known for her love of gardening and for walking everywhere she went. She is survived by her loving sons Frederick (Linda) of Rowley, David (Lynn) of Quispamsis, and James (Donna) of Saint John; daughter Christine Theresa Pike of Chilliwack, BC; sister Gail Burtt of Courtney, BC; six grandchildren, five great grandchildren and many cousins, nieces, nephews and friends. Besides her parents she was predeceased by husband Frederick J. Pike; son Stephen; grandson Brandon; brothers Elmer, Douglas, Angus, Cecil, Benedict, Frank and Bernard Ramsay; sisters Mary Buckley, Ann Sullivan, Patricia Griffin, and Gloria Ramsay.
Resting at Fundy Funeral Home, 230 Westmorland Road (646-2424) with visitation on Sunday, July 8 from 7 to 9 P.M. and Monday, July 9 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 P.M. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held from Stella Maris Church, 201 Bayside Drive on Tuesday, July 10 at 12:00 Noon. Interment to take place at St. Joseph's Cemetery. Donations in memory of Theresa to the Stella Maris Building Fund, Alzheimer's Society or the charity of the donor's choice would be appreciated by the family.
