Derek Jordan Isadore, 22, of Wagmatcook First Nations, died July 8, 2012, in Wagmatcook.
Born in Sydney, he was the son of Howard and Roberta Isadore.
He was member of Blessed Tekakwitha Church.
Derek loved music and enjoyed baseball as a catcher. He graduated from Wagmatcook School in 2009. He had a great sense of humour, was always smiling and had many friends.
He is survived his parents, Howard and Roberta Isadore and will be sadly missed by his girlfriend, the love of his life, Tasha Francis. He is also survived by brothers, Dallas, Dovavan, Timmy and Nicholas Isadore; sisters, Shania and Charlene Isadore. Godparents, Spencer Isadore and Rita Tontarelli; grandmother, Bridget Ann Isadore and grandfather, Freddie John Isadore.
He was predeceased by grandparents, June and Michael Peck and aunt, Christine Ann Francis.
The body began resting at the family home of Howard and Roberta Isadore on Fishery Road, Wagmatcook, after 5 p.m., Thursday and will continue until funeral time. The funeral will be held at 11 a.m., Saturday, July 14, 2012, at Blessed Tekakwitha Church with Fr. Robert MacNeil officiating. Burial will follow at Queen of the World Cemetery, Wagmatcook.
