Passed peacefully away at Carbonear General Hospital on Saturday, July 14, 2012, Archibald Badcock of Bay Roberts, aged 81 years. Veteran of the Korean War. Predeceased by parents Cecil and Jemima Badcock and wife Minnie Pearl Badcock. Leaving to mourn sons: Gary (Nicole) Badcock, Glenn (Geraldine) Badcock; daughters: Michele (Terry) Holmes, Christine Butt; sisters: Edna Earle, Doreen (Charlie) Walsh; brothers: Crowley (Shirley) Badcock, Cecil Badcock, Wayne Badcock, Howard (Netta) Badcock, Graham (Betty) Badcock; five grandchildren: Jessica, Jordan, Nicholas, Christian, Erica, and a large circle of other relatives and friends. Visitation to be held at Moore’s Funeral Home, Bay Roberts on Wednesday: 2 p.m. – 5 p.m. and 7 p.m. – 9 p.m.; Thursday: 10 a.m. – 12 Noon. Funeral service to take place on Thursday, July 19, 2012, at 2:00 p.m. from St. Matthew’s Anglican Church, Bay Roberts. Inurnment in the St. Matthew’s Anglican Cemetery, Bay Roberts.
