Passed peacefully away on Tuesday, July 17, 2012, Genevieve Marie Singleton (nee Daley), at 88 years of age. She was predeceased by her husband Edgar (2000), sons Michael (1955) and Karl (1990), and grandson Liam Grant (1989). Left with warm memories and sad hearts are her daughters: Maureen (Jim Warren), with whom she resided, and Sheila (Bruce Grant); grandchildren: Carolyn, Karl (Paulette Penton) and Andrea (Justin Ladha) Singleton and their mother Doreen, Patrick and Genevieve Warren, and Hilary and Devin Grant; and great-grandchildren Madeline, Grace and AnnaClare Ladha, who brought great joy to her final months; lifelong friend Kitty Gregory and long time friend and neighbor Pearl Smith; and a wide circle of other relatives and friends. Resting at Caul's Funeral Home, LeMarchant Road. Visitation on Thursday, July 19th, 2012 from 1 p.m. – 9 p.m. Funeral Mass will take place on Friday, July 20th, 2012 at 9:30 a.m. from St. Pius X Church. Interment to follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. Flowers gratefully declined, donations in her memory may be made to St. Bonaventure's College Tuition Assistance Program. Due to severe allergies of immediate family members visitors are asked to kindly refrain from wearing scented products.
