Allan Hector McLean passed away on July 7, 2012 at the Kamloops Hospice.

Allan was born November 5, 1927 in St. Boniface, Manitoba. He was a resident of Kamloops for the past 60 years and spent many hours walking the trails throughout the hills. He was a Hostler for the CN Railway for 35 years. His greatest passion was travelling.

He leaves behind daughters Lynda (Bob) of Kamloops, Connie (Pete) of Surrey. Sister Nona (Mickey) of Salmon Arm, brothers Bruce (Arlene) of Duncan, Neil (Vivian) of Thunder Bay, Ontario. Grandchildren Kristen, Tracy, Ian and Sarah. Great grandchildren Haylee, Morgan, Paige, Talon, Daman and Tara. He will be greatly missed by his best friend Shirley Taylor of Kamloops.

Cremation by Schoening Funeral Home. There will be no service at his request.
