– Passed away at Dr. G B Cross Memorial Hospital, Clarenville on Tuesday, July 24, 2012, Willis George Maxwell Penney of Clarenville, aged 77 years. Predeceased by grandmother Elizabeth Barnes, parents Maude and Jacob Penney, brothers Wandsworth and Clayton, sister Elizabeth Pritchett. Left with fond and loving memories his wife of 52 years, Betty; daughters: Glenice and Arleen (Todd Brett); sons: Randy (Stella), Jeff and Greg (Lynnette); grandchildren: Ashley, Cassandra, Morgan, Hayley, Jacob, Rebecca and Jordan; sisters: Vinie (Eric Stanley), Belle Vardy and Rowena Humphries; brother Earle (Irene); mother-in-law Elizabeth Short and a large circle of family and friends. Visitation at Fewer’s Funeral Home on Thursday, July 25, 2012 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Memorial service 2:00 p.m. Saturday, July 28, 2012 at the Anglican Church, Burgoyne’s Cove with interment to follow at the Anglican Cemetery, Burgoyne’s Cove.
