Passed peacefully away at the Hoyles-Escasoni Complex on Thursday, July 26, 2012, Johannah Haley (Furlong), age 105. Predeceased by her husband Robert in 1986, sisters Margaret Furlong and Catherine (Cullen), three brothers Jim, John, and Gerald. Will be sadly missed but lovingly remembered by daughter Genevieve Cook (Jim); son James (Gloria); three granddaughters: Sheri (Corey), Lisa (Warren), Cindy (Keith); two grandsons: Gerry Cook and Robert Haley (Jennifer); ten great-grandchildren: Heidi, Erica, Jane, Holly, Emma, Haley, Daniel, Hilary, Tyler and Julia. Also remembered by her nieces, nephews, friends and sister-in-law Mary Furlong (at Escasoni). A special thanks to the staff of Hoyles-Escasoni for the care given to her for the past eleven years. Resting at Caul’s Funeral Home, Torbay Road on Friday, July 27th from 11 a.m. – 9 p.m. Mass of Christian burial will take place at St. Agnes Church, Pouch Cove on Saturday, July 28th, 2012 at 10 a.m. with burial to follow at St. Agnes Cemetery, Pouch Cove. Flowers gratefully accepted or donations may be made to St. Agnes Cemetery Fund.
