DOUCET, Florence Mae – 81, of Hebron, Yarmouth Co., passed away July 28, 2012 in Yarmouth Regional Hospital. Born June 28, 1931 in Yarmouth, she was an adopted daughter of the late Fred and Evvie Crosby. Florence was an avid gardener and an animal lover. She is survived by son, Fred (Ruth) Doucet, Hebron; daughters, Michelle (Michael) Teepell and Rosalie (Tim) Hynes, both of Hebron; grandchildren, Bailey, Ariel and Luke Hynes; great-grandson, Charlie Clements. She was predeceased by husband, Phillip J. Doucet. Cremation has taken place under the direction of Sweeny’s Funeral Home & Crematorium, Yarmouth. A celebration of life will take place at a later date from Yarmouth North United Baptist Church. Donations in Florence’s memory may be made to the Yarmouth SPCA.
