Gwen Marsh, truly a lady, passed away Thursday, July 26, 2012 in her 101st year. She was predeceased by her husband Alf in 1996 after 57 years of happy marriage. She is survived by her daughter Diane of Gibsons; son Ken (Barbara) of Kamloops; grandchildren Brad (Jennifer) of Vernon and their two sons Chandler and Graysen; Shelley (Brett) and their two daughters Tyanne and Bronwyn, and Jennifer, all of Kamloops.
In her younger days, when she wasn’t home looking after her family, who always came first, Gwen enjoyed her role in Girl Guide leadership, playing bridge and golfing.
The entire family were together to celebrate her 100th birthday just two weeks ago. A family gathering to remember our dear mother, grandmother and great-grandmother will be held sometime in the future.
