It is with great sadness that the family of George Stuckless announce his passing at the Western Memorial Regional Hospital in Corner Brook, NL, on Tuesday, August 7th, 2012 at the age of 91 years. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories his wife Ula Annie (nee Payne), his children: Melvin (Rosemarie), Annie (Bern), Larry (Ethel), Dennis (Susan), Judy (Don), and Jeannie (Derek), 10 grandchildren, Todd (Lise), Corey (Lynn), Trina (Bruce), Kirby (Clarissa), Eugene (Vivian), Dwayne (Kayla), Tara (Quinton), Kimmy, Dana (James), Gina (Rod), 6 great- grandchildren, Kaycee, Kalianna, Mariella, Zachery, Genieve Constance. His siblings, Phoebe Rogers, Gladys (Art), Florence (Herbert), Luke (Audrey), and Wilfred. His special friends: Lorraine Stuckless and Jack Stuckless. Also his extended family, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Geroge was predeceased by his parents, Thomas & Louise Stuckless, granddaughter Anna Maria, brothers: Allan, John, Bill, Annie, Betty and Naomi. The family will be receiving family and friends from St. David's Anglican Church in Pasadena, NL, today, Wednesday, August 8th, 2012 from the hours of 7 - 9 p.m. and continuing on Thursday, August 9th, 2012 from the hours of 2 - 4 & 7 - 9 p.m. from where the funeral service will take place on Friday, August 10th, 2012, at 2:00 p.m. with Rt. Rev. Leonard Whitten officiating, cremation will follow with a private family burial at a later date. By request of the family donations may be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation.
