It is with great sadness that the family of the late Edna Lucas announce her passing at the Sir Thomas Roddick Hospital in Stephenville on Monday, August 13, 2012 at the age of 73 years. She will be sadly missed by her five sons: Bobby (Hilda), Ambrose Joseph (Cathy), Timmy, Tommy (Amanda), all of Stephenville Crossing, Michael Jr. (Shelly) of Edson, Alberta, two daughters: Emily (Herman) of Deer Lake, Lisa (Stan) of St. Albert, Alberta, one brother, Ron (Sharon) of Ontario, one sister, Ida (Raymond) of Stephenville Crossing, 14 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren and a large circle of relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her brothers, Harold, Bob, Gus, Tim, Cyril and her parents, Wilfred and Helen and her husband, Michael, granddaughter, Chelsea. Cremation has taken place and friends may call at Russell’s Funeral Home, Station Road, Stephenville Crossing on Tuesday, August 14th from 7-9 p.m. Funeral Service will take place on Wednesday, August 15th at 10:00 a.m. at Assumption Parish, Stephenville Crossing with Interment in the Roman Catholic Cemetery, Brook Street, Stephenville Crossing.
