Eva Lyle
The death occurred at the Wedgewood Manor, Summerside, on Monday, August 20, 2012, of Eva Lyle, of Summerside, aged 93 years.
Born in New Glasgow, N.S., she was the daughter of the late Henry and Margaret (Cotton) Connell. Survived by her children Wendell (Betty) Lyle, Sherbrooke; Joyce (Robert) Gordon, Winnipeg, MB; Claudia (Reagh) Clark, Charlottetown; Claude (Janet) Lyle, Summerside; Garth (Nancy) Lyle, St. Eleanors; Ronald (Judy) Lyle, Halifax, N.S.; 14 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-grandchild; special niece, Ramona (Charles) Tanton, St. Eleanors.
Predeceased by her husband, Ralph Lyle; brothers, James (Lillian) and Borden (Marion) Connell; sisters, Mamie (Roy) Thompson and Evelyn (George) Gregory.
Resting at the Moase Funeral Home, Summerside, until Friday, then to St. John's Anglican Church, St. Eleanors, for funeral service at 2 p.m. Interment in St. John's Anglican Cemetery, St. Eleanors.
Visiting hours Thursday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m.
