Passed peacefully away at the Central Newfoundland Health Care Centre in Grand Falls-Windsor on Thursday, August 23, 2012, Mr. Thierry Joseph McDonald, age 62 years of Conne River. Leaving to mourn his loving family: wife, Linda; daughters, Carolyn McDonald and Gale Stride (Clyde) all at Conne River; sons, Jeff Benoit at St. John’s and Bernard (Madonna) at Conne River; grandchildren, Angel, Kierry and Erin; great grandson, Ethan; brothers, Ivan McDonald and Guy McDonald at Conne River; sister, Linda Joe (Clement) at Conne River; plus a number of other relatives and friends. Predeceased by his son, Frances, in 1985, his parents, Simon and Alice McDonald, and brother, Joseph.
Funeral service was held on Monday, August 27, 2012, at 11:00 am from St. Anne's Roman Catholic Church in Conne River with Father Edward Brophy officiating.
