Passed peacefully away at the Health Sciences Centre in St. John’s on Sunday, August 26, 2012, Mr. Patrick Skinner, age 66 years of Harbour Breton. Leaving to mourn his loving family: wife, Ethel Mary; sons, Richard at Edmonton, AB, Patrick (Tammy) at Grand Falls-Windsor, Brian (Shelly) at Harbour Breton, and Stephen at Grand Falls-Windsor; daughters, Susan (Rick) at St. John’s, Tracey (Paul) and Shaunette at Grand Falls-Windsor; grandchildren, Kaylee, Brianna, Alyssa, Kierra and Connor; brothers, Donald (Ada) at St. Jacques, George (Beth) at Gander, and Frank at Halifax, NS; sisters, Elizabeth (Ron), Theresa, Ann (John), Grace (John), Bernice (Thomas) and Joyce; plus a number of other relatives and friends. Predeceased by his parents, Patrick Skinner and Susan Whitten; brother, Gordon and granddaughter, Josie.
Funeral service was held on Thursday, August 30, 2012 at 2:00 pm from St. Joseph’s Roman Catholic Church in Harbour Breton with Father Justin Dawson officiating. Interment followed at the Roman Catholic Cemetery at Harbour Breton.
