It is with great sadness and heartbreak that we announce the tragic death of Billy at the young age of 29, in Cambridge, Ontario, August 30th, 2012. He is predeceased by his Grandparents, Edward and Emily Bennett, Leo Hamilton (Sr), and his Aunt Alice Hamilton. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories his parents Bill and Bride, sisters Melita and Jackie (Chad) and two nephews Hunter and Jacob, Grandmother Madeline (Hamilton) Janes, (Gordon) and many aunts, uncles cousins and friends. A special thank you to Holly Young and her family (with whom he lived) who loved Billy and cared for him deeply. Cremation has taken place. Visitation will be at Pendergast's Funeral Home, Bell Island, on Sunday, September, 9th 2012 from 12 - 9 p.m. Church service will take place at St Micheal's Parish, Bell Island on Monday, September 10th at 2:00 p.m. Interment to follow at the Roman Catholic Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Shriners or a local charity of one's choice.
