Of Green's Har., formerly of Arnold’s Cove, passed peacefully away in the presence of his loved ones at Interfaith Nursing Home, September 10th, 2012, aged 79 years. Pre-deceased by his parents, Hedley and Jennie; his parents-in-law Daniel and Janet Simmons; two brothers-in-law and three sisters-in-law. Leaving to mourn his beloved wife of 55 years, Lily; son Jerry (Maureen); daughter Joanne (Robert Symonds); his three grandchildren Megan and Ryan Peach and Lexi Symonds; his sister Lily Lloyd of Arnold’s Cove. Also leaving to mourn brothers-in-law Bruce and Vernon Simmons; sisters-in-law Melvina, Eleanor and Pearl Simmons, as well as many nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends. According to Fletcher’s wishes, cremation has taken place, with a private Memorial Service and inurnment to follow at a later date.
