Ruth flew up to Heaven on the wings of Angels, September 6, 2012 at the age of 89. Ruth was born June 12, 1923 in Saskatchewan.

Ruth was predeceased by her husband of 60 years John (Mike) Stewart Boscott, her son Anthony James Boscott, daughter-in-law Linda Janet Boscott and her brothers Harry and Fred Gratrix.

Ruth is survived by her son John Spencer Boscott (Charlene), daughter Judith Ann Margaret Vezina (Larry) and eleven grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren and a large extended family in Canada and England.

Ruth worked in banking for many years and loved working in her garden. Ruth was a very active life member of the Royal Canadian Legion, and was also a Kinnette with K40's in Sicamous for many years.

Ruth's legacy is one of Love of Family and Friends. Ruth was passionate about her family and if you were embraced by her love, you knew you were blessed. She kept her family and friends close to her heart whether they lived near or far. Her regular Sunday phone calls, her birthday, anniversary and other occasion cards will be missed by so many.

Her family invites you to come and share her life, memories and love at a Celebration of her Life on Saturday, September 22, 2012, at the ANAVETS Unit #290, located at #9-177 Tranquille Road, Kamloops, BC, at 1:00 p.m.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society, Diabetes Association, or the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated.
