Michael (Mike) John Caufield of Kamloops, B.C. passed away on Sunday, September 9, 2012 at 68 years of age.

He is survived by his loving children Lee Caufield of Kamloops, B.C. and Kevin (Tammy) Caufield of Gatineau, QC, wife Joan of Kamloops, B.C. and four wonderful grandchildren Jade, Makayla, Keegan and Declan and brothers Robert, Mark and Drew.

He is predeceased by his parents Jack Caufield and Hilda (Fairhurst) Caufield and brother Brent Caufield.

Mike was known for being a hard worker and a good man who loved his family. Although he was taken far too early from us, he is now at peace after years of suffering.

The family would like to give a special thank you to all the staff at Overlander Extended Care, the Ponderosa Lodge and the Royal Inland Hospital.

There will be no service by request.

If friends should so desire, memorial donations in Mike's name may be made to the Alzheimer's Society of BC or the BC Cancer Society.
