It is with great sadness that the family of the late Gerard Flynn announce his passing at the Sir Thomas Roddick Hospital, Stephenville on Thursday, September 20, 2012 at the age of 81 years. He will be sadly missed by his loving wife Elizabeth (Lainey) Flynn and 1 son, Leroy (Cathy), 4 daughters: Roxanne (Otto) Rowsell, Rhonda (Steve) Coll, Lori Flynn-MacIsaac, Kim Bourgeois, step-children: Beverley (Eldon) Eveleigh, Deborah (Harvie) Sweezie, Fidilis (Donna) Lainey, Wade (Gwen) Lainey, Chad (Belinda) Lainey, Norbert Lainey, Wendell (Julie) Lainey, 1 brother, Phillip Flynn, 17 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren and a large circle of relatives and friends. Friends may call at Russell’s Funeral Home, 57 Prince Rupert Drive, Stephenville on Saturday, September 22nd from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Cremation will take place after the visitation and his Cremated Remains will be transported to North River where Funeral Services and Interment will take place.
