TAYLOR, DAVID A. - 1941-2012 - The death of David Arthur Taylor of Summerfield occurred on Thursday, September 27, 2012 at Hotel dieu Hospital, Perth Andover. Born February 10, 1941 in Fredericton he was the son of the late David and Kathleen (Barnet) Taylor. He was also predeceased by three brothers, Michael, James and Brian. David is survived by his wife, Cathy, three children, Jim Taylor (Roberta), Doug Taylor (Karen) and Doreen Taylor (Blake); two stepchildren, Leslie Tweedie (Megan) and Mary Jo Tweedie; nine grandchildren, Sean and Jeff Gallant, Tyson Taylor, Corey Jones (Sarah), Samantha Jones, Megan Jones, Amelia Tweedie, Kendra Tweedie and Andrew Tweedie; three great grandchildren, Talan Jones, Brooke Jones and Summer Jones; six siblings, Robert Taylor (Corinne), John Taylor (Joan), Margaret Ivey, Jean Robichaud, Richard Taylor (Karen) and Linda Pitts and several nieces, nephews and extended family.
Visitation will be held from L.R. Giberson Funeral Directors, 207 Burnham Rd. Florenceville-Bristol on Saturday, September 29, 2012 from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 pm. A funeral service will be held Sunday, September 30, 2012 at 2:00 pm from the L.R. Giberson Funeral Chapel with Rev. Mary Taylor officiating. Interment will be in the Greenfield Cemetery.
