LEROUX, Mary Christina – 91, of Wolfville and formerly of Halifax, passed away on Tuesday, October 2, 2012 in Valley Regional Hospital in Kentville. Born in Halifax, she was the daughter of Alexander Cameron and Elizabeth Clara (McNeil) Cameron. She is survived by brother, James (Myrna), Hilden, NS and many nieces and nephews and cousins. She was predeceased by her husband, Edward J. LeRoux in 2000, sister Agnes “Nicky” Smythe, brothers Leo “Sonny”, Sterling “Sweet”, John “Junior”, and Neil. Mary was also known as “Dot” to family and friends and “Tootsie” in her younger days. She lived most of her life in Halifax and recently lived at Wickwire Place in Wolfville. Her great sense of humour and wisdom will be sadly missed but fondly remembered. At her request, there was no visitation. A private family funeral mass was held. No flowers please. Donations may be made to a charity of your choice. Cremation is under the direction of J.A. Snow Funeral Home, Halifax.
