Passed peacefully away on October 1, 2012, Kathleen Vatcher, aged 91 years, at her daughter’s home in Whitby, Ontario, where she resided. Predeceased by her husband Gerald. Left with fond and loving memories, daughters: Carol (Ron), Geraldine (Matt); sons: Charlie (Joyce), Greg (Barb); eleven grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren. Cremation has taken place.

With tearful eyes we watched you,
And saw you pass away,
Although we loved you dearly,
We could not make you stay.

Our hearts still ache in sadness,
And secret tears still flow,
What it meant to lose you, Mom,
No one will ever know.

We will hold you close within our hearts,
And there you will remain,
To walk with us throughout our lives,
Until we meet again.
