On Thursday, Oct. 4, 2012 at Lisaard House in Cambridge, Joanne passed away after a long and courageous battle with cancer at the age of 50 years.
Survived by her cherished family including husband, Brian; son, Spencer; brothers, Robert MacPhee (Tina), Joseph McPhee (Denise), Douglas McPhee, Kenneth McPhee (Mariette) and Brian McPhee (Wilma); sisters, Mary O’Connell (Michael), Diane Metcalfe, Debbie Rennie and Sandra MacDonald (Glen); parents-in-law, Donald and Shirley Clarke and sister-in-law, Patricia Klus (Wally).
Predeceased by her parents, Charles and Alice McPhee of Glace Bay, Nova Scotia.
Cremation has taken place. There will be a visitation, followed by a memorial mass and reception for friends and family at Westmount Funeral Chapel, 1001 Ottawa St. S. in Kitchener, Ont. (www.westmountfuneralchapel.com) starting at 10 a.m.
