Passed peacefully away at St. Clare’s Mercy Hospital on Monday, October 8, 2012, Margaret Ann “Peggy” Burton, aged 72 years. Predeceased by her husband James Charles Burton, 2002; and brother Frank Pottle. Leaving to mourn her children: Debbie Murphy (Britt), Richard Hollahan, Kenneth Hollahan, Matthew Burton; grandchildren: Michael and Christopher Walsh, Shauna and Renee Hollahan, Gavin Burton; sister Pauline Overdorf; brothers: Ches Pottle, Junior Pottle, and Gerald Pottle; special friends: Horace and Kim Collins, Betty Collins; also many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Resting at Barrett’s Funeral Home, 328 Hamilton Avenue on Wednesday and Thursday from 2 - 4 p.m. and 7 - 9 p.m. Funeral service to be held from The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, Ferryland Street East on Friday, October 12, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. with interment to follow at Mount Pleasant Cemetery.
