Dorothy Erickson passed away at the Moose Jaw Union Hospital on October 8, 2012 with her family by her side. She was born January 22, 1919 on the family farm south of Darmody. Predeceased by her parents, husband Alfred, and sisters Lillian and Velma, she is survived by her sister Iva; her children: Jean, Lorne, and Dennis (Sheila); numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. The Celebration of Dorothy’s life will be held at W.J.Jones & Son Chapel on Saturday October 13, 2012 at 10:30 am. Pastor Marvin Seaborg will officiate. Interment will follow at Sunset Cemetery. Memorials donations to Bethany Lutheran Church, Parkbeg, would be appreciated. In living memory of Dorothy, a memorial planting will be made by W. J. Jones & Son Funeral Home.
