Passed away peacefully on October 9th, 2012 at the QE II HSC, Halifax. Cecily was born in Freshwater, Carbonear, NF, and leaves to mourn her loving, caring husband of 57 years, Alexander, son, Paul Bishop (Venus), daughter Kellie Grant (Sheldon), grandchildren Brandon, David, Emily, Nicolas; sister, Daphne (Bruce) Abbott; brother John (Ruby) Butt; numerous nieces and nephews in Nova Scotia and in Newfoundland. Cremation has taken place. A memorial service was held on Saturday, October 13, 2012 in Atlantic Funeral Home, 125 Sackville Drive.
