It is with heavy hearts that we the family announce the passing of Emanuel ‘Manjoe’ Williams of Big Ridge on Oct. 12, 2012
Born in Newfoundland, Manjoe was the son of the late Peter and Agnes Williams.
He is survived by his wife Brenda (Pasher); daughter Clara Matthews; son Johnnie (Renita Dismond); grandchildren, Cory Matthews and Hailly Dismond; and many nieces and nephews (two special Karry and Trevor). He is also survived by son-in-law Lester Matthews his special pal Thunder.
As well as his parents, Manjoe was predeceased by his sisters, Annie Jisseo and Margaret Buresy; and brothers, Paul and Adam Williams
Visitation will be held Monday Oct. 15, 2012 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. at SW Chant & Son Funeral Home 564 Alexandra St., Sydney. Funeral celebration will be held Tuesday Oct. 16, 2012 at 11 a.m. in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Sheldon Chant officiating.
