SHORT, GERALD WELLINGTON - Gerald Wellington Short died peacefully at the South Muskoka Memorial Hospital in Bracebridge on Sunday, September 30th, 2012 in his 85th, year. Son of Charles and Mabel (Crandall) Short. Beloved husband of the late Joan Short. Dear father of Bruce Short (Wendy), Wayne Short, Gwen MacDonald (Norman) and step-father of Jack Robinson (Corinne). Dear grandfather of David, Meredith, Paul and Brian. Brother of Audrey, Verna and Glen.
A celebration of Gerrys life will be held at the Royal Canadian Legion Bracebridge Branch on October 29, 2012 at 1pm. Memorial donations may be given to the Canadian Cancer Society.
