Passed into the presence of his Lord, surrounded by family and dear friends on October 13, 2012, John Breckenridge, aged 57 years. Leaving to mourn, his wife, Mary Anne (nee Quinlan); children: Jessica (BC), James (BC), Sarah Mae, and Hannah; brother, Jim (BC); sisters: Mary (ON), and Sue (ON); as well as a large circle of extended family and friends. Special thank-you to all of those who have supported us in every way. Thanks to the staff at the Health Sciences Complex 4 SA, and Liver Transplant Team in Halifax, NS, as well as our family physician Dr. Stephen Lee, and Hepatologist Dr. Jennifer Leonard. Resting at Barrett’s Funeral Home, 328 Hamilton Avenue on Wednesday, October 17, from 7 - 9 p.m., and on Thursday, October 18, from 11 a.m. - 9 p.m. A service of celebration for John’s life will be held at Barrett’s Funeral Chapel on Friday, October 19, 2012 at 10:00 a.m., with interment to follow at Mount Pleasant Cemetery.
