It is with great sadness that the family of the Late Juanita Barbara Alley (Dicks) announce her passing on October 17, 2012 at her family residence in St. David’s, NL at the age of 66 years. She leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories her husband of 48 years Harold Alley; daughter Janice; sons: David (Lisa), Peter, Colin (Suzanne); grandchildren Gregory (Darlene), Brad, Brandon, Gina, Devon, Kera, Taylor and baby Matthew. Also left to mourn are her mother Marie Dicks; brothers: Calvin, Ivan (Ruby), Lester (Edna), Conrad (Gladys), Morgan, Claude (Florence), Gordon, Robert and sister-in-law Elizabeth Dicks as well as a wide circle of nieces, nephews other family and friends. She was pre-deceased by her father Morgan Dicks; sister Dianne; brothers: Philip and his wife Gladys, David; mother & father-in-law Harold and Annie Alley; brothers-in-law Weston Simmonds and Herbert Lee Alley. Visitation will take place from St. Michael & All Angels Anglican Church, St. David’s on Thursday from 7 – 9 p.m. and Friday from 2 - 4 & 7 – 9 p.m. From where the Funeral Service will take place on Saturday, October 20, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. with Rev. Canon Dawn Barrett officiating. Interment will follow in the Anglican Church Cemetery, St. David’s. As expressions of sympathy flowers are graciously accepted or donations may be made to a charity of ones choice.
