Kamila Salim Haddad-Hashem
Peacefully at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital on Sunday, October 21, 2012 of Kamila S. Haddad-Hashem of Charlottetown, age 75 years.
She is survived by her children, Charlotte Hashem, Nemtallah John Hashem and Omar (Carron McCabe) Hashem; her husband, Salam Hashem; grandchildren, Freya and Matthew Hashem; brothers, Kamil (Odette) Haddad and Najeeb (Ziada) Haddad; and sister-in-law, Katrina Haddad. She was predeceased by her parents, Salim and Afife (nee Rashed) Haddad of South Lebanon, and brothers, Said (Souad) Haddad and Hassan Haddad.
Resting at the Hennessey Cutcliffe Charlottetown Funeral Home until 10:45 Thursday then transferred to the Church of the Most Holy Redeemer for funeral mass at 11 a.m. Visiting hours Wednesday 6-9 p.m.
