Phyllis passed away peacefully on November 5, 2012, at the age of 85 years at the Regina General Hospital. She is predeceased by her parents Guy and Alma Clemens, brother and sister-in-law John and Olga Clemens, sisters-in-law Marion Clemens, and Kay Clemens, and brother-in-law, Stan Green. Phyllis is survived by her brothers Roy and Earl Clemens, sister Pat Green, many nieces and nephews. Phyllis spent her early years on the farm west of Boharm. She moved to Moose Jaw for employment in her teen years. Phyllis spent many years working at the Moose Jaw Union Hospital. In retirement she enjoyed short motor trips with her friend Elsie. As per Phyllis’ wishes there will be no funeral service. In lieu of flowers, donations in Phyllis’ name may be made to the Sask. Heart & Stroke Foundation, 279 3rd Ave. N., Saskatoon, S7K 2H8.
