RAWLINE, DONNA MARIE - 1952 - 2012 - Donna Marie Rawline, 60, of Hillsborough passed away on Wednesday, November 7th, 2012 at the Moncton Hospital with her loving husband by her side. Donna was born in Minto on May 6th, 1952 the daughter of the late Alexander "Sandy" and Lucy (Rennie) Rogers and also a foster daughter to Alfred and Greta West. Donna worked at T. Eaton & Company in her earlier years. She was a founding member of the Hillsborough Volunteer Fire Fighters Ladies Auxiliary and also a Volunteer with the Red Cross helping families in need. She loved angels and had a huge collection. Donna was a very caring person and showed her kindness in many ways to everyone she met. She was a devoted wife to Willie and loved her family very much. She was a very special lady and will live on in the hearts of her family and friends forever. She will be deeply missed by her husband and best friend, William "Willie"; sisters, Elizabeth Johnston (Douglas) of Lakeville Corner, Helen Beek (John) of Fredericton; Foster sisters, Sharon Copeland (Gary) of Moncton, Joyce Fram of Moncton; foster brothers, Danny Bonnar (Maria) of Chipman, Gary West of Saint John, Lloyd West of Ontario and Alfred West of Chipman; brother-in-law, Gilbert Rawline (Barb) of Hillsborough. She will also be missed by several nieces and nephews. Besides her parents and foster parents she was predeceased by her foster brothers, Gerald and Jackie; in-laws, Lloyd and Nora Rawline; sister-in-law, Lillian Gammon.
There will be a Celebration of Donna's Life at the Albert County Funeral Home on Monday, November 12th, 2012 at 2:00pm with Pastor Leonard Geldart, Rev. Jack Allen and Rev. Tim Johnson officiating. Following the service the family will be meeting with relatives and friends for further sharing of memories and for refreshments at the funeral home. Interment will be held in the Shenstone Cemetery, Shenstone, NB. Donations to the Hillsborough Volunteer Fire Fighters, Friends of The Moncton Hospital or to the charity of the donor's choice would be greatly appreciated.
