Pat Morris, a long term resident of Pleasant Valley Manor, Armstrong, BC, died in Jubilee Hospital, Vernon, BC on November 11, 2012 after a lengthy struggle with M.S. After the death of her husband Don in 1991 she moved from Regina, Sask. to Vernon to be close to her children.
Born in Sydney, Pat was the daughter of the late Bert and Ella (Tutty) Sparling. Prior to her marriage she was employed at M.T.&T., Sydney.
She is survived by her daughter Deborah Blues, Vernon, B.C.; son Darren, Grand Cayman; a granddaughter Erin Morris; her sister Norma MacDonald, Dutch Brook, NS; her aunt Vera Hill, Sydney; several nieces, nephews and cousins.
She will be fondly remembered for her quick smile and great sense of humor.
Cremation has taken place. Funeral arrangements are incomplete. Interment to take place in Regina at a later date.
