At the Garden Home, Charlottetown, on Wednesday, Nov. 7, 2012, of Chief Petty Officer, US Navy, Chester Thomas "Tom" Rydzewski of Charlottetown, formerly of Trucksville, PA., beloved husband of Margaret "Peggy" (nee Sark). Born in Trucksville on June 6, 1936, he was the son of the late Daniel and Johanna (Sidorek) Rydzewski. Dear father to Susan (Robert) MacArthur, Union Road, PE, and Thomas (Amy), North Yarmouth, ME. Loving grandfather to Nicole (Chad) Hawkins, Johanna MacArthur (Evan Schindel), Ian T (Andrea) MacArthur, Kayla and Jack Rydzewski and his great grandchildren MacKenzie, Madison and Jake Dubois, Bella Hawkins and Wesley Evan Schindel. Tom was also dear step-grandfather to Austin and Daniel Spencer. Predeceased by his parents, sisters: Mildred (Charlie) Prutzman, Dorothy (Ken) Maxwell and brothers Daniel and John. Funeral mass to be held on Tuesday, Nov. 13, at St. Anne's Roman Catholic Church, Lennox Island at 11 a.m. Interment to follow in the parish cemetery. Arrangements entrusted to Ferguson Tyne Valley Funeral Chapel.
