CHAVARIE, NATHAN - 2003 - 2012 - Nathan Chavarie returned to our Lord and Savior on November 15, 2012 at the Dr. Georges L. Dumont University hospital at the age of 9 after a courages battle with cancer. Nathan was born on March 6, 2003. Nathan is survived by his loving mother Chantelle Chavarie (Lewis) and by his father Daniel Chavarie. Nathan will be sadly missed by his brother Devan Lewis , two sisters: Christina Francoeur and Nadia Francoeur Chavarie. Grandparents Theresa (Jacques) Daigle, Ivan (Eva) Courtemanche, Therese (Roger) Poirier. Nathan will also be missed by many uncles, aunts and cousins who loved him very much. He was survived by a large circle of friends. Nathan was predeceased by his grandfather Armand Chavarie.
Family and friends will gather to share memories and pay their last respects at his visitation that will held at Fair Haven Funeral Home on Saturday, November 17 from 2:00 pm- 4:00 pm. A service celebrating Nathans life will be held in the Life Center of The Moncton Wesleyan Church on Sunday, November 18, 2012 at 3:00pm with visitation from 2:00pm until time of service. Nathan loved life, he was very energetic and enjoyed playing with his friends, riding his bike or scooter but his favorite was zipping along in his big brother’s roller blades. Nathan was a huge fan of the Toronto Maple Leafs and was the first child to earn the honourary Doctor in Training Certificate from the Sick Kids Hospital. Nathan had a deep Faith in Jesus and walked closely with his Lord. The family would like to thank the medical teams of the I. W. K. Hospital, Georges L. Dumont and Sick Kids Hospital Interment will be in Fair Haven Memorial Gardens. Flowers gratefully declined, memorial donations may be made to the family as a living memorial.
