Stellarton: Patricia Marie Chaisson age 59 of Weir Ave. Stellarton passed away on Friday November 16th ,2012 in the Palliative Care Unit of the Aberdeen Hospital.
Born in New Glasgow she was a daughter of the late Hugh Anthony and Doris Cecilia (MacDonald) Hale.
Patricia lived most of her life in Stellarton and was a member of Our Lady of Lourdes Roman Catholic Church.
She was a retired employee of Scott Paper.
Patricia’s greatest joy was her children and grandchildren.
Surviving are a son : Trevor Chaisson ( Tamara) of Ottawa
A daughter : Amy Chaisson (Shane Cameron ) of Stellarton
Two grandchildren Hudson John Logan Cameron and Noah James Cameron
Former husband John Stewart Chaisson
A brother: Charles Edward Hale (Nancy) of New Glasgow
A sister : Claudia Irene Hale (Roger) of Stellarton
Several nieces and nephews
An aunt Catherine Nowlan
She was predeceased by her parents , brothers Father Hugh Hale , Colin Hale and a sister-in-law Sarah Hale
Cremation has taken place.
The family will receive visitors from 2-4 and7-9 P.M. Tuesday in the H.C.MacQuarrie Funeral Chapel ,Stellarton.
Mass of Christian Burial will take place on Wednesday at 11A.M. from Our Lady of Lourdes Roman Catholic Church with Father Donald Boudreau officiating.
Burial will be in the parish cemetery.
A reception will follow the service in the Sister Catherine Steele Centre
Donations in memory of Patricia may be made to the Palliative Care Society of the Aberdeen Hospital or to the Canadian Cancer Society.
