Peacefully, with her family by her side, at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital on Sunday, November 18, 2012, of Jules McAleer of Charlottetown, age 81 years. Beloved wife of Jim McAleer and dear mother of Joanne (Zoltan) Csordas, Doug (Mary), Catherine, Greg (Diane), Tracy (Dan) Doran and Terry. She is also lovingly remembered by her grandchildren, great-grandchildren, her sisters Kay Sinnott, Ginny (Ernie) Grant and her brother Joe Steele. She was predeceased by her parents Maude and Ambrose Steele and her sister Joan Chapman. Resting at the Hennessey Cutcliffe Charlottetown Funeral Home until 9:45 on Wednesday morning, then transferred to the Church of the Most Holy Redeemer for funeral mass at 10 a.m. Interment later in the Roman Catholic Cemetery, Charlottetown. Visiting hours will be held on Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to a charity of the donor’s choice.
