Carol Beatrice MacKenzie
The death occurred at the Palliative Care Unit of the Prince Edward Home, Charlottetown, on Friday, November 16, 2012, of Carol B. MacKenzie, wife of Ivan W. MacKenzie. She was born in Montreal on October 4, 1940, the daughter of the late James and Beatrice Grimsgaard. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, Nov. 21, 2012, at St. Peter’s Cathedral, Charlottetown, at 11 a.m. Cremation has taken place. There will be no visitation or flowers by personal request. As an expression of sympathy, memorial donations to the P.E.I. Cancer Treatment Centre, Hospice Palliative Care or St. Peters Cathedral Building-in-Faith Fund would be appreciated.
